FORECLOSURE LEAD CONSULTANT

Job Description:

To generate leads & deals for XFFCS via networking and meeting with homeowners and/or property owners facing financial difficulties that are not able to make their mortgage payments. The position requires the Foreclosure Lead Consultant to counsel the homeowners on their options while educating them that all the services that we provide are FREE of charge. Upon qualifying the home or property owner, the counselor will get all the required documentation.

Requirements:

Excellent Communication Skills
No Experience Necessary (Real Estate or Sales Experience a Plus)
Need To Be a People Person (Friendly Personality)
Must Be Flexible
Organized
Ability To Clearly Portray Our Services
Fast Learner (Excellent Training Will Be Provided)
Desire to Succeed & Make Money by Helping People
Multi-lingual Not Necessary but a PLUS

Compensation:

Compensation will be provided on a commission basis and level of experience. Due to the current economic conditions, the amount of people looking for our service is tremendous. The great part is our service is for FREE! A motivated Foreclosure Lead Consultant can make anywhere from $60,000 to $150,000 in their first year depending on their level of professionalism & committment.

Note: Commission is only paid upon successful closing of the deal. A deal usually takes 2-6 months to close depending on the lender. This is why it is important to create a pipeline full of leads to realize the maximum compensation.
